The first edition of Championnat de la Méditerranée, financed by Cagnes-sur-Mer’s racecourse, takes place in Cagnes-sur-Mer. Shadwell sponsors Prix Tidjani (Gr.3 PA) and Prix Razzia III (Gr.3 PA) at La Teste in July.

The Derby for four-year-olds, sponsored by Al Shahania Stud for € 150,000, is created at Chantilly on Prix de Diane’s Day. The Qatar Arabian World Cup, on Arc Day, has its prize money increased by € 200,000 to reach € 700,000.

The four Breeders’ Challenge races return to Toulouse, the total prize money is € 180,000. Shadwell sponsors the Breeders’ Challenge Classic, the three other Breeders’ Challenge races are financed by AFAC.

75 races and € 1,680,000 in prize money.The Breeders’ Challenge race for four-year-old mares is run on Saturday at Longchamp during the Arc weekend. The UAE Equestrian and Racing Federation sponsors the Prix de Malleret with a Group 1 PA on the card.

The Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club Sponsors the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe with  the Qatar Arabian World Cup (Gr.1 PA) on the card, the prizemoney of the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe is doubled reaching 4 million euros.
